Human Friendly Robotics joins the Starnet Commercial Flooring network
Robots improve through work with the crews that use them. Joining this contractor network gives us more opportunities to do that on commercial flooring projects.
Starnet Commercial Flooring is a network of commercial flooring contractors that brings its members together with manufacturers and service providers. Human Friendly Robotics has joined as a service provider, making our robotic installation work accessible to more of the companies that deliver large flooring projects.
Some Starnet members have already helped us test Tyler on jobsites. That experience matters: the people responsible for the finished floor are the people we need involved in developing the robot. We design and build Tyler to handle repetitive tile and plank placement, with crews handling layout, cuts, edges, and finishing. Working through Starnet gives us a direct way to understand where that fits contractors' projects, staffing, and schedules.
